Competitive Carrier Comparision
Given basic shipment information, including origin/destination, cargo size/dimensions, commodity classifications and special handling requirements, our system automatically generates competitive price comparisons from multiple, high quality carriers such as FedEx, UPS and DHL

Simplified Document Handling
Once carrier selection has been made, shipment documents, including shipping labels, packing list, commercial invoice and power of attorney (if required) are automatically generated.  Once generated, they can be easily printed, emailed and faxed.  These documents are easily stored and retrieved for historical purposes as well.  Additionally, the system provides a click through communication link to vendor tracking information.

Sophisticated Rules Engine
The system provides control capability by user, department and location to restrict access to management approved carrier services.

Protect Corporate Assets
The system provides an extra layer of protection for corporate account information by concealing account numbers and printing only barcode data on shipping labels.

Detailed Accessorial Options
Our system is designed to support a wide range of special shipping and handling options.  These options include:  visual check box for type of truck or ocean container, strapping, blanket wrap, air ride truck, lift gate, load locks, two driver teams, rollup door only, driver assisted loading, inside pickup, forklift, leave trailer times and a special instruction window for any further requests.

Unique Real-Time Bidding
After receiving an initial competitive quote, shippers can opt to instantly generate a real time request for bid to leverage the spot market.  This can result in dramatically lower costs from carriers looking to sell excess capacity on certain routes and takes very little time to administer.

Simplified Vendor Communication
Vendors are automatically notified by the system at the beginning and conclusion of each bid process, significantly reducing the time required for multiple phone calls, faxes and communications with all vendors.

Consolidated Weekly Invoices, Electronic Data
We receive all vendor transportation invoices on behalf of their customers, record and track those invoices via our database, consolidate those invoices into a single shipping bill and deliver it to customers on a weekly basis.  Customers have access to an exported, electronic file of all billing information enabling detailed business analytics and improving accuracy and productivity.
